- Cut the chicken luncheon into cubes or slices.
- Slice the sausages.
- In a pan over heat, add some oil, minced garlic, green bell pepper, tomatoes, black and green olives, and saute.
- Add the luncheon and the sausages to the pan and stir.
- Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Stir again.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda)
- Broil to melt the cheese.
