  1. Wash potatoes very well. Lay in a baking tray, pierce potatoes with a fork, and place it in a preheated oven until it is completely cooked.
  2. To prepare the bechamel, over medium heat, add the butter and flour and stir together until combined. Add the milk gradually until we obtain a thick consistency. Add the spices and stir well until boiling.
  3. Remove the top of potatoes and core them, but not completely.
  4. Add some bolognese sauce inside the potatoes, add some bechamel sauce on top, then a layer of grated mozzarella.
  5. In a deep bowl, mix the remaining béchamel sauce with the mashed potatoes that have been cored. Mix them well and add them on top of the cheese layer. Add a final layer of cheese. Broil until the mozzarella melts.
