Instructions
In the blender, blend the eggs, vanilla and sugar on high speed for 2 minutes.
After the 2 minutes, add milk and oil while blending and continue blending for another 30 seconds.
In a bowl, add the blended mixture, flour, baking powder and salt.
Using a manual hand blender, mix them in one direction while holding the hand blender diagonally till all the flour disappears.
Add flour and ghee/oil to the oven tray and add the cake mixture.
Bake it in a preheated oven for 45 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
Off heat, leave the cake to chill inside the oven for 30 minutes.
Decorate the cake with chocolate or any desired topping.
