In a bowl, mix yogurt and flour, and set aside for 10 minutes.

In a pot, prepare the tomato sauce by adding 1 diced onion, tomato paste or tomato juice or mix of both, 1 teaspoon of cumin and a pinch of salt.

In a separate pot, add butter and onion and let them caramelize.

Add the yogurt mixture, garlic, stock, milk, heavy cream (optional) and salt to taste.
