  1. In a hot wok add garlic, mushroom, carrot and the cabbage.
  2. We may also add noodles (optional).
  3. Add soy sauce and mix all well.
  4. Add sriracha sauce (optional).
  5. Bring the spring roll film, stuff it and closes it from sides (watch video for technique)
  6. Mix the panko and the hot vegetar.
  7. Immerse springs rolls in the egg then move it to the panko and coat it well.
  8. In a medium heat oil fry the spring rolls on both sides till golden and serve.
  9. You may serve it with the sweet chilli sauce.
